Loyalty Programme Terms
The Weylandts Customer Loyalty Programme is operated by Weylandts Furniture Cape Town (Pty) Ltd, registration number 1998/0216/1107.
By joining the Weylandts Loyalty Programme, a member has agreed to these terms and conditions, as amended or replaced by Weylandts from time to time. Any person who does not agree to be bound by the Weylandts Loyalty Programme Terms and Conditions may not participate in the Weylandts Loyalty Programme.
The Loyalty Programme is being phased out and will formally terminate on 31 December 2026.
The Loyalty Programme is offered to customers as a gesture of appreciation for their continued support.
Customers classified as part of our Partner Programme are not eligible to participate in the Loyalty Programme. Any points remaining on a customer account at the time of acceptance into the programme will be forfeited.
As from 01 March 2026, Loyalty Members earn points equivalent to one and a half percent (1.5%) on qualifying purchases, including VAT, but excluding delivery charges and excluded items.
Points may only be redeemed in-store and may not be used as a method of payment on the Weylandts website.
Loyalty points cannot be earned on sale or promotional items (unless expressly stated otherwise), mattresses, service fees, or any items designated as excluded by Weylandts.
FY26 Points (01 March 2025 – 28 February 2026)Points earned during this period will enter their expiry phase on 01 March 2026 and must be redeemed by 31 August 2026. Any unused balance after this date will expire.
Final Accrual Period (01 March 2026 – 31 August 2026)Members may continue earning points until 31 August 2026. Points earned during this period may be redeemed until 31 December 2026.
All unredeemed points will expire automatically on 31 December 2026, at which point the Loyalty Programme will terminate in full. No points will remain valid beyond this date, and no reinstatements or cash alternatives will be permitted.
The value of points accumulated on a member’s Loyalty profile may be used as payment for purchases at Weylandts stores nationwide.
Points:- May not be redeemed online.
- May not be exchanged for cash.
- Are not transferable.
- May not be returned for cash if used in a purchase.
Points earned through unauthorised use, abuse, or fraud will not be honoured. Weylandts reserves the right to suspend or terminate a Loyalty membership and forfeit any accrued points in cases of suspected abuse or misconduct.
Weylandts further reserves the right to suspend accounts that remain inactive for a prolonged period.
Weylandts reserves the right to designate certain products or categories as excluded from loyalty accrual.
At present, loyalty points may not be earned on:- Promotional, sale or Bargain Basement items (unless expressly stated otherwise)
- Delivery costs
- Mattresses
- Wine
- SMEG products
- Service fees
- Any other items specified by Weylandts from time to time.
Applicants must provide a valid identity document number (or passport number if not a South African resident), cellphone number, and email address.
Only customers registered with a valid email address in the Weylandts system are eligible to earn loyalty points. Weylandts reserves the right to decline registration or redemption at its discretion, subject to applicable law.
Members have the right, in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal information. If a member objects to the processing of their personal information, their Loyalty membership will be terminated.
Members are responsible for updating their personal details. All personal information is processed in accordance with applicable legislation and Weylandts’ Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions.
