DELIVERIES & COLLECTIONS

Weylandts is entitled to charge a delivery fee for any and all transportation of goods at the direction of the customer. You will be charged for the cost of delivery which will be reflected on the appropriate invoice.

The customer may elect to collect goods at either a distribution center or their nearest Weylandts store.

The customer must inspect all goods delivered to it and acceptance of the delivered goods by the customer will be considered as satisfaction as to the type and quality of the goods.

All risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon delivery or collection thereof. Should you collect the goods, Weylandts will not be held liable for any loss or damage to the goods, whether you, your representative or a third-party transporter collected the goods. For this reason, customers are encouraged to inspect products prior to leaving our premises.

The details of the delivery, including the particulars of the delivery agent/s, date, and place of delivery will be provided to the customer.
