Should you wish to elect a refund, only once the customer has provided our accounts department with confirmation of bank details and the customer’s bank details have been verified will the refund be processed. All refunds will be processed every Friday, allowing 2-4 business days for the funds to reflect once the credit has been processed.
All major credit and debit cards as well as EFT payments are accepted.
In the case of EFT payments, proof of payment must be forwarded to the relevant store. Please allow 3 business days for the receipt of EFT funds to be confirmed. Goods will only be released for collection or delivery once the receipt of funds has been confirmed.
As well as the personal information that the user provides, Weylandts will also use information obtained about the user automatically from cookies (files which are sent by Weylandts to the user’s computer). Such as: the user’s Internet service provider’s address, the name of the Web page directing the user, as well as the users clicks and activity on the Weylandts site. This tracking data helps Weylandts understand how to make this site more available and user friendly.
