How to Care for Natural Fiber
Crafted to last, our curated collection of natural fiber blends has been intentionally selected to tell the story of craft and longevity. Below are a few guidelines to ensure your piece retains its inert characteristics and continues to tell the story of your home:
Routine Maintenance
- Machine wash on a gentle cycle at 30° C water temperature.
- Always line-dry tencel blends. Tumble dry only on low heat setting if needed and remove immediately.
- Warm iron, if desired for a crisp look, or leave naturally wrinkled for a relaxed finish.
- Slubs – a slightly thicker portion or knot in the thread – is part of linen’s natural character. This isn’t a fabric defect and will not tear more at that point in the weave than at any other point.
Spot Treatment
- Treat spots and stains immediately to prevent damage.
- Blot spills gently with a dry, absorbent cloth.
- Avoid exposure to heat and sunlight.
