How to care for Wool Carpets:

• Vacuum regularly in one direction as this will reduce shedding over time.
• Blot spills immediately using a clean, dry sponge or cloth. Avoid rubbing, as this may cause the stain to spread or damage the fibres.
• Rotate your rug every few months to promote even wear and fading.
• Prolonged exposure to direct sunlight can cause fading. Position your rug in shaded areas or use curtains/blinds to minimize exposure.
• For deep cleaning, professional rug cleaning is recommended to preserve the rug's appearance and structure.
• Use rug protectors under the legs of heavy furniture to avoid flattening of the pile.
• Do not pull-on loose ends; instead clip with a pair of scissors.
• Do not fold or put in an airtight plastic bag; store in a dry, well-ventilated area and roll “pile in & back out” and wrap in a cloth for protection.
