What to Expect
- Expertise:We understand the nuances of global logistics and work with trusted partners to ensure a smooth journey from our home to yours. You can elect to have your goods delivered to the nearest port or to your door (at a higher premium). - Personalised Experience:Each international delivery is unique. We provide customized quotes that cater to your specific needs, ensuring you receive the best value and service.
- Worldwide Reach:Our capability to ship anywhere in the world gives you the freedom to enjoy Weylandts designs, no matter your location. Our forwarders are part of the IASA network and have representation in 43 Countries. They do not however ship to countries on the restricted list (Iraq, Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Russia, Syria, Ukraine, Afghanistan & Belarus). Exports to North Africa are only processed up to the port of destination.
- Shipment Turnaround: This is dependent on the country of destination. As an example, the standard turnaround time for Europe is 35-40 days and for the USA is 45-60 days from date of shipment. This timeframe excludes delivery from port. Airfreight generally takes 5-10 days (depending on customs and routing) excluding delivery.
- Peace of Mind:From the moment you place your order to the delivery at your doorstep, we handle everything with the utmost care. We conduct a full quality check of all your products before repackaging and crating for export. This can take up to 21 days (depending on the volume) to complete before handing it over to our forwarders.


Insuring Your Delivery
All shipments done through Weylandts, using our forwarders, are insured through Pestmarine. Payouts for successful claims will be made to Weylandts, and we will then refund you once cleared. If there are any damages reported to the outer packaging throughout the voyage, or upon delivery, immediate notice is required.
- Photos of damage along with collection and delivery notes are critical.
- It is important to endorse the delivery note as received in good order or note damages on this note. Our forwarders will then institute an insurance claim and put all parties within the supply chain on notice.
- Insurance cover for a valid claim is calculated as follows: Cargo Value + Freight = 10% with a 1% excess of the value of cargo. Should there be discrepancies in the claim the underwriters will investigate and may only pay out a percentage of the insured value.
