Can I exchange or return items?
If you are not happy with your furniture purchase or have made an error with your furniture purchase and wish to exchange or return their furniture purchase, you may do so within 10 (ten) business days of purchase. Goods must be returned in their original condition and packaging along with the original invoice. The customer may choose either a store credit or exchange, unfortunately no refunds are given. You may be charged a handling fee, a collection fee and/or a usage fee.
If you wish to exchange or return your homeware purchase, you may do so within 10 (ten) business days of purchase. Return and exchange of homeware products in line with this section must be done so in-store at your nearest retail store.

Please note that our Customer Care Department will be closed from 16th December 2021 to 10th January 2022, regrettably no refunds will be processed during this time. The first Friday on which refunds will be processed is 14th January 2022. We apologise for any inconvenience.
If you have proven that the statutory warranty has been breached, a refund may be requested. For more details please see our Returns Policy
Should you wish to elect a refund, only once the customer has provided our accounts department with confirmation of bank details and the customer’s bank details have been verified will the refund be processed. All refunds will be processed every Friday, allowing 2-4 business days for the funds to reflect once the credit has been processed.
