This knife must be used for its intended purpose. Incorrect use will cause damage. This knife is to be used on raw and cooked foods including fish, meat and vegetables. It should not be used to cut hard or frozen objects. After use clean knife thoroughly with water and wipe clean with a soft cloth. To ensure the blade remains sharp, use wood or resin cutting boards, not ceramic cutting boards. Extremely sharp blade. Keep out of reach of children.
