The design continues Angos' narrative of fusing nature and technology, and the diffuser is a sphere composed of natural silk cocoons assembled on a matrix of hand soldered wires. Each piece has approximately 700 different soldering points, and requires 1250 hand selected silk cocoons.

Lighting designs by Ango represent an allegory about living alongside nature in a technological world, with each design proposing an organic form, that is usually composed of natural materials and which is then transformed by the miracle of lighting technology.
