Paul van Shalkwyk is an aerial photographic artist and one of the most acclaimed photographers in Namibia.
Since he started flying in 2002, Paul's work has taken on a new dimension. In his relentless search for beauty from a heavenly perspective on earth, Paul's interpretation of the world through his lens produces works of art that are fascinating and unique. His background as wildlife cinematographer for amongst others National Geographic, his passion for pictures that tell stories and his infatuation with the Namibian landscape combine to make him a master photographer of the moment, be it of Ethosha National Park, The Namib Desert, The Skeleton Coast.
